3. Combining too many age groups
4. Not having separate positions for a public relations director, head instructor, and office manager
5. Not having a Website
6. Not having an enrollment process
7. Not using a good system for collections and payment management
8. Not keeping track of your school’s statistics
9. Not educating yourself
10. Not taking care of your own well-being

They set you up, give you teleconferencing, appointment books, articles, and most of all they REALLY got my billing (and more) organized.
